West Virginia University Institute of Technology (WVU Tech) got its start in 1895 as Montgomery Preparatory School of WVU. For over 100 years, WVU Tech has been dedicated to educating students from diverse populations. Our department services students not only from the local Appalachian region and also students throughout the United States and the World.
